Service and Policy Update: Hostyin Partnership

Following our partnership with Zudohost, we would like to inform you that the prices, services, products, and policies related to hosting and other offerings will remain unchanged for existing customers who signed up or purchased through Hostyin.net before December 2nd, 2024. However, please note that there will be a change in the customer portal due to the integration into a centralized ecosystem.

As a result:

  • Both existing and new customers will now access Zudohost’s customer and hosting panel interfaces.
  • All support channels, including support tickets and self-service management, will be managed exclusively by Zudohost.

We remain committed to providing the best experience, and this integration will bring enhanced features and support to all our valued customers.

Service and Policy Adherence Statement

The prices, duration, and service policies will remain consistent for the respective website you engage with. For instance, if you sign up or purchase a product through Hostyin.net, you will be required to adhere to Hostyin.net’s policies. Similarly, if you sign up or make a purchase through Zudohost, you must comply with Zudohost’s policies.

To ensure proper identification and support, we will verify customers based on their domain name and order ID. Any issues or inquiries will be handled accordingly by filtering the relevant details based on the platform used for sign-up or purchase.
